Your Tasks – Where Everything Comes Together

• Order Coordination: Recording and scheduling of production orders – from recording to timely delivery to production.
• Calculation: Processing and calculating production-relevant inquiries.
• Communication Hub: Contact person for customers and partners as well as internal and external telephone service.
• Showroom & Sales: Reception, initial consultation (tour of the exhibition), and active support in sales.
• Production Administration: Reliable administrative support for the production department.
• Sales Documents: Creating offers, presentations, and evaluations (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Logistics & Procurement: Organizing/coordinating transports, making material inquiries, and placing orders with suppliers.
• E-Commerce: Handling online orders.

Your Profile – What You Bring

• Completed commercial training (KV) or equivalent qualification.
• Very good MS Office user skills.
• Precise, efficient, and reliable working style, combined with initiative.
• Confident German in spoken and written form.
• Friendly personality with a joy in dealing with people and a professional demeanor.
